Despite States beingĀ signatory to the Hague Convention, most documents for the purpose of the United States government do not require any further documentation other than a notary seal.
The following states however, do require Apostille stamps, mainly for the purpose of land transfer documents or court documents. Regardless, you should check with the person or organisation receiving the documents whether they require any additional form of authentication.
